We can no longer depend on government funding to significantly address the needs of low income seniors. We need the local community to step forward and help.

The Foundation operates with minimal overhead. We have one part time administrative staff person, a volunteer board, and working committees staffed by volunteers. Most of our resources go to to serve needy seniors directly,  support community and agency programs that identify and address the needs of seniors, and provide community education opportunities. We need funds to sustain these efforts.

While we do pursue grant opportunities, we are mindful to avoid tapping grant resources that could significantly help fund the work of service agencies in the community. We believe that our mission should promote funding for all local agencies that address the needs of seniors by raising the level of awareness and commitment within the community.

Our success depends on your generosity.  If you would like to participate in creating an aging-friendly community where residents of all ages can seamlessly thrive together, please consider a contribution.  You can do this by clicking the donate button.

We also invite you to get involved on a more personal level by volunteering for one of our committees and directly helping us accomplish  the work of our mission.
